Standard delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. For larger items, our white-glove delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a specific time slot that fits your schedule.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
We provide a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty on all our oak furniture. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'no-quibble' return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.

Do you provide assembly services?
Most of our items are delivered fully assembled. For products that require assembly, such as bed frames, we offer an optional professional assembly service at checkout for a small additional fee.
